In collaboration with Beck Group as Leading Architect, the South Building was designed as a project for academic spaces such as classrooms, open work areas, meeting rooms, but especially two areas focused on providing a realistic approach to professional activities such as the oral trials room and a finance laboratory. The latter spaces were dressed in sober colors due to their typology, but at the same time contemporary since we wanted the students to feel part of the space. The architectural finishes that were used included walnut-toned wood for walls, carpet and vinyl floors in shades of gray with a slight accent color for each area and different shapes in black ceiling panels, contrasting with colors in the furniture and accent walls in public areas.
