Advance Real State is a company focused on the acquisition, development, operation, and leasing of industrial parks in Mexico. In 2019, it decides to open its new 9,700-sq.-ft. (900-sq.-m.) headquarters in one of the most important corporate campuses in the city of Querétaro. At ZVA Interiores, we manage to design an efficient, innovative, and collaborative space that seeks the growth, image, and well-being of clients, collaborators, and suppliers. The architectural design consists of the creation of a timeless space that seeks the LEED & WELL certifications, focused mainly on caring for the environment and human capital. This was achieved throughout the use of biophilia in the design, enough sunlight in the interior, colors, textures, and special care in the acoustics of each collaborative and recreational area.
