CBRE has expanded its offices in Mexico City. An addi- tional space of 9,700-sq.-ft. (900-sq.-m.) has been added. The challenge of this design for ZVA Interiores was to achieve the same look and feel as the main offices, using the same range of colors, materials, and furniture that distinguish the firm. As a fundamental characteristic in CBRE offices, the use of light colors and wooden accents in the reception, create a welcoming space that reflects the solidity and modernity of the company. In this design we have a central space that hosts a collaborative area with a pantry service, tables, and a copy area that promote good communication, generating a feeling of well-being that increases productivity. The space also has open work areas, combining spaces for unassigned offices, meeting rooms, and phone booths that allow privacy.
