Based in Mexico City’s financial district, Standard & Poor’s new headquarters, designed by zva Interiores, places the respected financial services company in a sparkling, state of the art workplace that reflects its research and analysis of securities since 1860. The facility occupies a 36,720-sq.-ft. (3,400-sq.-m.) space created by inserting a mezzanine in a two story high penthouse. While zva Interiores designed the company’s corporate offices 12 years ago, the new environment doubles its size and introduces large open areas, compact workstations, casual interaction spaces, numerous meeting rooms and a dining facility. The office perimeter is mostly unobstructed to optimize spectacular floor to ceiling city views.
