Student Associations is a two-level project where collaborative spaces were created to accommodate the different groups that exist within TEC. Our main goal was to integrate open and enclosed areas, providing them with the necessary tools for students and academics to develop themselves properly. The design was based on the rich cultural diversity that will be experienced in these spaces, which is why they were adorned with vibrant colors including shades of green, orange, and blue. There was also a wide variety of textures achieved through material changes in the flooring, walls, and ceiling to zone the work areas, meeting rooms, and service areas.
