A one floor, 8,932-sq.ft. (827-sq. m.) space in Mexico City’s Torre Virreyes, an architecturally daring and highly innovative (LEED Platinum) office building, is the new Mexico City address of a leading global asset management firm. Designed by zva Interiores, the contemporary facility meticulously follows the firm’s corporate image and design guidelines in the offices and meeting rooms while exercising greater design freedom in such ancillary spaces as the executive waiting area and pantry. The sunny, open environment has one enclosed office for the CEO and meeting rooms of various sizes, including a 20 seats boardroom that a movable wall can split into two smaller spaces.
